The suppor team would like to be physically present at every Chapter at least once every 60 days during implementation of the Chapter and Regional plans.  Certain Chapter and Regional projects may benefit from even more frequent attendance by the support team.  Chapter officials should keep the suppor team aware of meeting schedules, and extend invitations to attend and provide support as frequently as possible.
